Overview

Intuition & Logic provides conservation planning and final design services for clients to develop parks, trails and other recreational facilities. Trails and greenways provide vital links between communities, neighborhoods and municipal amenities. Beyond the physical connections, trails and greenways also encourage outdoor recreation, enhance aesthetics, and can increase the value of adjacent properties. We aim to minimize the impact of proposed trails on the surrounding environment. We incorporate trail infrastructure enhancements such as pervious paver parking, stormwater bioretention basins and swales, and greenway planting with indigenous vegetation. We plan and design trails, bridges and pedestrian facilities for recreation. Our greenway designs are frequently through high value forest and riparian corridor and our designs minimize the impact of their facilities and maximize opportunity to observe nature at its best.
