Brookside Lane Flood Control and Channel Stabilization
This project illustrates I&L’s flood control, culvert, channel, utilities design experience. The City of Ladue was experiencing severe home flooding and channel erosion along Brookside Lane. The existing culvert at Brookside Lane cul-de-sac was undersized and the existing concrete channel was failing.
Nature Playscape Design
I&L services include negotiation with the park’s contractor to utilize on site material as much as practical, coordinate channel design with Forest Park Forever Staff, coordinate construction cost with the contractor, construction change orders, on site measurements, pay application review and punch list.
Riverside Landing Park Design
St Charles County Parks Department retained Intuition & Logic to design Riverside Landing Park at the confluence of Dardenne Creek and the Mississippi River.
