Construction SWPPP Inspections

The City of Clayton is in the heart of St. Louis County and boasts a thriving downtown business district and some of St. Louis’s most sought after residential areas. Intuition & Logic performs regular construction Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections as the City’s representative since 2009. To date, Intuition & Logic has provided OVER 1,000 ON SITE INSPECTIONS for 29 CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS ranging in scale from park renovations to demolishing multiple city blocks and constructing new office buildings or university dormitories.
Inspection services include SWPPP BMP Plan Review, Bi-weekly on-site SWPPP inspections; note deficiencies and variations from the SWPPP Plan; document and track action items to correct deficiencies; initiate stop work orders in the event of ongoing non-compliance, document activities for MS4 compliance. I&L also reviews Owner and Contractor SWPPP documentation and maintains SWPPP records for the City.
